    2018 Creek Show
    November 9-17, 6pm – 10pm
    Waller Creek between 9th and 11th St

    Stroll along Waller Creek and view free light-based, site specific art installations for Waller Creek Conservancy’s 5th Annual Creek Show! Located along Waller Creek, between 9th and 11th streets, the show will feature a concert series in the renovated Symphony Square amphitheater and a family activity zone.

    Veterans Parade and Ceremony

    Veterans’ Memorial Park – Cedar Park

    The event kicks off at 9:30am with a parade and a ceremony following at 11am. Come honor our veterans and show your patriotic pride!

    ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot
    Thursday, November 22
    The Long Center

    One of the largest Turkey Trots in the nation! The annual Thanksgiving tradition kicks off its 28th year featuring a 5-mile run, 1-mile walk and a Kids K. The event also features live music, children’s activities, post-run snacks, raffle and runner prizes and fundraising opportunities for Caritas of Austin. Join 20,000 other participants for one of the largest Turkey Trots in the nation!

    Chuy’s Giving to Children Parade
    Saturday, November 24, 11am
    Starts at the State Capitol at 11th and Congress

    This annual parade benefits Operation Blue Santa, so be sure to bring new, unwrapped toys to donate! Throughout the parade, Santa’s Helpers will line the parade route and help spectators give their toy. Don’t miss this parade that features giant inflatable balloons, festive holiday floats, famous children’s characters, spectacular marching bands, cool classic cars and Santa!
